We are a family-run appliance repair business proudly serving Ottawa and surrounding areas with professional appliance repair, installation, and maintenance services for washers, dryers, refrigerators, dishwashers, ovens, stoves, and microwaves.

Before starting The Appliance Whisperer in 2024, our lead technician spent years working for different appliance repair companies across Ottawa, gaining hands-on experience with all major appliance brands since 2017. Over time, one thing became clear: customers deserved better communication, more honest recommendations, fair pricing, and service that never felt rushed.

That’s why The Appliance Whisperer was created.

Instead of focusing on seeing as many customers as possible in one day, we focus on taking the time to properly diagnose issues, explain repairs clearly, answer questions, and help homeowners understand how to maintain their appliances and avoid future problems.
